    Biography:

    Todd Kovacic graduated LLB from the University of New England in 2007, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2008. He has been practising criminal law since 1999 as a police prosecutor (Tasmania), until commencing practice in NSW for the Roads and Traffic Authority as Senior Solicitor (Prosecutions & Enforcement) in January 2009.

    Todd served in the Tasmania Police Force for 17 years. He was a member of the Tasmanian Football League Umpires Association from 2002-2007, serving as a member of the Executive 2003-2005. In 2007 he co-authored an evidence and advocacy-training manual for Tasmania Police prosecutors.
