    Biography:

I have practised in Tasmania as a barrister and solicitor for a total of 19 years, 14 of which were as a partner at Phillips Taglieri. I have practised primarily in civil litigation throughout this time. I have developed expertise in personal injury work of all kinds and also have considerable experience in family law, industrial relations and insurance. I hope to use my move to the Bar as an opportunity to practise in all areas of civil litigation including commercial, estate and administrative review.

    Areas of Practice:

Civil litigation generally, including personal injury, motor vehicle, workers compensation (State and Federal), family and relationships law, insurance, industrial relations, professional negligence, public liability, contract law, Anti-discrimination and review of administrative decisions (including SSAT and AAT).
