    Biography:

    Robert Heath BA (Hons) and LLB (Hons) was admitted in Victoria in 1997 and signed the Bar Roll in that state in 1999. He appears in all courts and jurisdictions.

    Recent cases include: Kakavas v. Crown Ltd (2007) VSC 526 and ACCC v. Leahy P/L (2007) FCA 794. He is a graded arbitrator and a member of the IAMA.
