    Biography:

    Mr. Wyles S.C. has extensive trial experience in the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Federal Court of Australia (Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth), the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Supreme Court of South Australia.

    In addition Mr. Wyles S.C. has appeared in the High Court, the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia and the Court of Appeal in Victoria.

    Mr. Wyles S.C. has appeared in more than 150 cases in which judgment has been delivered.

    This experience in court has caused Mr. Wyles S.C. to achieve both a
    thorough working knowledge of Uniform Evidence Act, as well as the common rule laws of evidence. Importantly, for his clients, it has provided Mr. Wyles S.C. with a good understanding of the issues which judges want counsel to deal with (i.e. the issues upon which a judge or judges will determine the case).
