Biography:

Jason Pennell LLM has extensive commercial and general litigation experience practising in all jurisdictions with a particular emphasis on commercial, banking and insolvency and trade practices law. Jason is experienced in interlocutory, trial and appellate work and in the drawing of pleadings and other court documentation. In addition Jason is a credited mediator having completed the Bond University Dispute Resolution course in 2004. He is also Member of the Association Institute of Administrative Law, a Member of the Australian Advocacy Institute and a coach for the Advocacy Training Council.
